On arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP meet our representative and drive to Gangtok, upon arrival check in at the hotel. In the evening you are free to explore the local area overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
After breakfast, proceed to Tsongmo Lake (12110 ft.) and Baba Mandir, a 40 km drive which takes 2.5 hrs. This lake is located very close to Nathula Pass, (on direct payment basis) which is the entry point to china termed as the ‘’Silk Route’’ and remains frozen for most parts of the year. The lake is home to the Brahminy ducks and many migratory birds. Nearby is the Sacred Baba Mandir, which is highly acknowledged for its spiritual worth. Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and we will drive you to Pelling. The journey from Gangtok to Pelling is pleasing as you will drive past the gorgeous tea gardens, majestic mountains, and scenic landscape. Morning after breakfast checks out from the hotel and proceeds to visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins. About 2 Kms from the main town of Pelling lies the renowned Pemayangtse monastery, which belongs to the Nyingma sect of Buddhism. After sightseeing, transfer to Darjeeling. On the way you can enjoy the beautiful views of Mountain ranges, Tea gardens and much more. After sightseeing transfer to Darjeeling, as reach check in to the hotel and overnight stay in Darjeeling.
Early morning proceeds to Tiger Hill. Being the highest point of Darjeeling, Tiger Hill offers some of the best sights of the Himalayas, which are apt to be visited early in the morning. Imagine yourself standing in front of the mighty Kanchenjunga peak, the snow-clad peaks of which are turning golden due to the rising sun. Also visit to the incredible and Batasia Loop, Ghoom Monastery, Japanese Peace Pagoda, One of the oldest Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries in Darjeeling.
